- 340g packet Vanilla Cake Mix
- 3/4 cup Butter melted
- 400 grams Apples canned, drained
- 200 grams Sour Cream or Plain Greek Yoghurt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
- Mix butter and cake mix to form a dough. Spread evenly in a baking paper lined baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
- Combine apple and sour cream. Spread evenly over base and return to oven for another 15 minutes.
- Cool completely in the fridge, this allows the base time to set)
- Serve cold.
Recipe Notes
For extra yum (and health benefits) you can sprinkle with cinnamon before the final bake.
If you have the time you can stew your own apples.
This recipe is so versatile you can also use tin peaches, apricots, raspberries and the list goes on.
You can only use the dry cake mix, DO NOT add all other ingredients suggested on the cake mix packet.
