- 6 Lamb Shanks
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1 tablespoon Vegemite
- 8-10 Rosemary Stalks each about the length of your palm

Instructions
- Place the lamb shanks in the slow cooker.
- Combine the honey and vegemite in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds, then sir well to combine. Brush the mixture over the shanks to coat them.
- Lay the rosemary over the shanks. Cover and cook until the shanks are very tender: for 8-10 hours on low or for 2 hours on high then 6 hours on low.
Recipe Notes
Add gravy powder and a little water to the pan with 1 hour remaining to thicken the liquid and make a gravy.
