- 500 grams Berries Fresh or Frozen
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 1/2 tablespoons Cornflour mixed with 2 tablespoons cold water

Instructions
- Place berries, sugar and lemon juice in the Tupperware Micro Pressure Cooker. Stir to combine. Lock cover.
- Cook in microwave on high (100%/ 900 watts) for 11 minutes.
- Remove and allow pressure indicator to drop. Unlock cover.
- Whisk cornflour and water together, then whisk through berry mixture. Lock cover again and cook for a further 9 minutes.
- Pour jam into sterilised jars and allow to cool completely.
Recipe Notes
Notes : Jam with thicken as it cools. For really thick jam add 3 tablespoons cornflour.
