Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 1 cup Milk chilled, 8 oz
- 1/2 cup Evaporated Milk well chilled, 4 oz
- 2 teaspoons Honey
- 2 drops Vanilla Extract

Instructions
- Peel banana and chop coarsely.
- Combine with remaining ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth and thick.
- Serve immediately.
Recipe Notes
The 4 oz of Evaporated Non-Fat Milk and the 8 oz of Milk can be substituted with 4 oz of Milk and 8 oz Non-Fat Plain Yoghurt. Many variations are possible using different combinations of fruits, milks and yoghurt's.
