- 200 grams Beef Mince
- 2 cloves Garlic Cloves finely chopped
- 1 Spring Onions finely chopped
- 4 slices Bacon cut in half length ways
- 2 tablespoons Pizza Sauce
- 1 bunch Bok Choy
- Splash Sesame Oil

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the minced meat, garlic, spring onion and pizza sauce with a good massage.
- Press the mince into balls of approx. 2 tbsp.
- Roll the bacon strip around the circumference and secure with a toothpick. Press the mignon down to flatten slightly.
- Place onto a lined baking tray and into a preheated oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes. Remove toothpicks once cooked.
- Rinse the bok choy well and place into a steamer basket for 5 minutes. Drizzle over a splash of sesame oil.
- Place bok choy onto serving platter and top with the mini mignon.
