- 250 grams Plain Flour
- 125 grams Butter
- 4-5 tablespoons Creme Fraiche
- pinch Caraway Seeds
- pinch Salt
- pinch Paprika

- Add the flour, 1 pinch of salt, butter and creme fraiche into a food processor, blend until dough consistency and allow to rest for 1 hour.
- Cut slices of dough and roll into thin sticks. Sprinkle salt, caraway seeds and paprika over chopping board and roll to coat.
- Chill for about 1/2 an hour and bake in the oven on 180 degrees C for 8-12 minutes, until golden brown.
