Ingredients
- 8 Chicken Thigh Fillets diced
- 1 Onion chopped
- 30 grams Butter
- 1 Garlic Clove chopped
- 1/4 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup Chicken Stock
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 2 teaspoons Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Curry Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cardamon
- 2 drops Tabasco Sauce

Instructions
- Combine onion, garlic and butter in a microwave safe dish. Cook on high in the microwave for 3 minutes.
- Stir in peanut paste, stock, honey, mustard, curry, cardamon and Tabasco. Add chicken and cook on high for 6 minutes.
- Turn and stir and then cook for a further 6 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Add another 3 minutes if chicken not done.
- Serve with rice.
