Ingredients
- 2 bunches Parsley or Coriander
- 1/2 Brown Onion chopped super fine
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Lime Zested and Squeezed
- 1 Lemon Zested and Squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Red Pepper crushed
- 2 teaspoons Black Pepper ground
- 2 teaspoons Oregano Leaves
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 cup Red Wine Vinegar or Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together until combined very well.
- Let sit for about an hour or overnight. Can last about 1 week.
- Serve over desired foods and enjoy.
