  1. Mix all ingredients together except the peanut butter and banana.
  2. In a mug lay half the banana on the bottom so it covers the bottom of the mug.
  3. Fill in the gaps with the peanut butter and remainder on top of the banana.
  4. Spoon half of the cake mixture into the mug and add the remaining banana slices and the spoon the rest of the mixture in.
  5. Cook in microwave for 1.5 minutes on high. Check if ready by putting a toothpick in the cake. If it comes out clean, it's ready. If it isn't ready put it in the microwave for another half a minute.
Recipe Notes

- Make sure you use the same size spoon to measure your ingredients. - You can also use Hazelnut Butter, or any other nut butter you may have around. - Whizz up Oats in a food processor to make the flour. - Try an use a large mug for this recipe or two small mugs instead.
