Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Oat Flour
- 2 tablespoons Cacao Powder or Cocoa Powder
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
- 2 tablespoons Milk
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 tablespoon Natural Peanut Butter
- 1 Banana sliced

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together except the peanut butter and banana.
- In a mug lay half the banana on the bottom so it covers the bottom of the mug.
- Fill in the gaps with the peanut butter and remainder on top of the banana.
- Spoon half of the cake mixture into the mug and add the remaining banana slices and the spoon the rest of the mixture in.
- Cook in microwave for 1.5 minutes on high. Check if ready by putting a toothpick in the cake. If it comes out clean, it's ready. If it isn't ready put it in the microwave for another half a minute.
Recipe Notes
- Make sure you use the same size spoon to measure your ingredients. - You can also use Hazelnut Butter, or any other nut butter you may have around. - Whizz up Oats in a food processor to make the flour. - Try an use a large mug for this recipe or two small mugs instead.
