Ingredients
- 2 teaspoon Canola Oil
- 1 tablespoon Flour
- 400 grams Steak trimmed of fat and cut into 2cm cubes, blade or gravy beef
- 1 packet Maggi Cook in the Pot Beef Bourguignon Recipe Mix
- 1 can Tomato Puree
- 2 tablespoons Marjoram or 2 tsp dried marjoram
- 1 Bay Leaves
- 1 Red Onion sliced
- 2 sticks Celery chopped
- 2 cups Button Mushrooms sliced

Instructions
- Set the slow cooker to low.
- Toss beef cubes in flour. Heat oil in a large frying pan and brown the beef.
- Remove meat from pan and drain on kitchen paper.
- Combine Maggi Cook in the Pot Beef Bourguignon Recipe Mix, tomato puree and marjoram.
- Add to the slow cooker with meat, bay leaf and prepared vegetables.
- Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
- Serve with mashed potatoes.
