Ingredients
- 1 packet Vanilla Cake Mix
- 1 Egg
- 100 grams Butter chopped and cold
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon Mixed Spice
- 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1/2 cup Currents
White Chocolate Icing
- 1 bag White Chocolate Melts
- 4 drops Pink Food Colouring

Instructions
- Mix until combined.
- Roll into small balls and flatten in palm.
- Refridgerate for 20 minutes, whilst the oven preheats.
- Bake at 170 degrees C. for at least 10 minutes and check every few minutes, you want them brown and crispy so the snap.
- Ice with a little of the icing mixture once cooled.
