- 375 mL Soy Creamy Cooking Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 4 Eggs lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup Sultanas
- 1/4 cup Flaked Almonds
- 1 tablespoon Sugar extra

- Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan forced. Grease 4 x 3/4 cup (190mL) capacity ovenproof dishes.
- Place Soy Creamy Cooking Milk, vanilla essence and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat; stir until hot but not boiling; whisk in eggs.
- Sprinkle sultanas over base of prepared dishes. Pour custard over sultanas. Place dishes in a baking pan, pour enough boiling water to come halfway up sides of dishes; bake 25 minutes or until just set.
- Sprinkle almonds and extra sugar evenly over top, place under hot grill until golden.
