- 1 cup Tasty Cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup Ham chopped
- 1/2 cup Sun-dried Tomatoes Semi chopped
- 2 cups Self Raising Flour
- 30 grams Butter
- 1/4 cup Basil Leaves chopped
- 1 cup Milk

Instructions
- Preheat oven to very hot 220 degrees C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. In a small bowl, combine cheese, ham and tomatoes.
- Sift flour into a large bowl. Add butter and rub in lightly using fingertips. Stir in basil. Season with salt and pepper. Make a well in the centre and pour in most of the milk, reserving about 1 tablespoon. Using a knife, mix quickly to a soft, sticky dough. Be careful not to overmix.
- Turn onto a lightly floured surface. Knead lightly. Press or roll out to form a rectangle 20 x 30 cm. Scatter cheese mixture over dough. Roll up from the long side to form a log. Cut into 2 cm thick slices and arrange on prepared tray. Brush with leftover milk.
- Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.
