- 1 cup Sultanas
- 2 tablespoons Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 6 tablespoons Desiccated Coconut
- 1 tablespoons Coconut Oil
- 4 Weetbix
- 4 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 4 tablespoons Honey or Rice Malt Syrup
- 4 tablespoons Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil

Instructions
- Put the first 8 ingredients in blender and blend until smooth like fudge.
- Line a loaf tin with baking paper.
- Press the mix into a pan and top with some dark chocolate melted with coconut oil.
- Leave to set in the fridge.
- Once set, slice into 12 pieces.
