- 40 grams White Quinoa
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1/4 Egg beaten
- 2 tablespoons Cheddar Cheese grated
- 2 sprigs Coriander
- 2 tablespoons Breadcrumbs
- 1 Red Chilli chopped
- 3 tablespoons Water
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 5 Strawberries
- Grape Seed Oil

Instructions
- Boil the quinoa for 20 minutes and fry the onion in oil. Mix both with the egg, cheddar, coriander and parmesan.
- Form into 4 balls, coat in breadcrumbs and chill. Meanwhile, place the chilli, water and sugar with the jam.
