Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 250 grams Mince
- 1/2 each Capsicum Red and Green
- 1 can Tomato Soup
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1/2 cup Celery
- 1 tablespoon Tomato Paste
- 1/4 cup Water
- 2 cup Noodles
- 1 cup Cheese grated

Instructions
- Fry mince and onion until browned.
- Add celery and capsicum and cook until soft. Stir in soup, paste, water, seasoning and noodles.
- In a casserole dish place 1/2 mixture and top with cheese then top with the remaining half. Top with more cheese.
- Place casserole dish in moderate 180c oven and cook until cheese is browned slightly and melted.
