Ingredients
- 400 grams Pork Fillet
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 Brown Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic Cloves crushed
- 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
- 1 Red Capsicum sliced
- 2 cups Broccoli
- 125 grams Baby Corn halved
- 1 Apples
- 1/3 cup Honey
- 1/3 cup Soy Sauce
- Fried Rice

Instructions
- Thinly slice 400g lean pork fillet. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a wok. Stir-fry pork, in batches, until browned all over. Remove.
- Stir-fry 1 chopped brown onion, 2 cloves crushed garlic and 1 tablespoon grated ginger. Add 1 sliced red capsicum, 2 cups broccoli florets, 125g halved baby corn and 1 royal gala apple, cored and cut into wedges. Stir-fry until tender.
- Add 1/3 cup honey, 1/3 cup soy sauce and pork. Stir-fry until heated through. Serve stir-fry with Continental Fried Rice.
