- 1 cup Olive Oil
- 6 Rosemary Sprigs fresh

- 2 teaspoons Chilli Flakes dried

Instructions
- Combine oil and infusing ingredient in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Simmer for about 5 minutes, be careful to not heat oil high enough that it splatters.
- Remove and let cool to room temperature. Strain oil into container and add back the infused ingredient for stronger flavour.
- Seal and refrigerate for up to one month.
