Ingredients
- 80 grams Prosciutto
- 2 Pizza Bases
- 30 grams Rocket Pesto or Basil Pesto
- 25 grams Parmesan Cheese grated
- 10 Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 6 pieces Bocconcini Cheese halved
- 20 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 cups Rocket Leaves
- Black Pepper Cracked , to serve

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Brush each pizza base with the pesto and place on a non-stick tray.
- Arrange the Parmesan, cherry tomatoes, bocconcini pieces and Prosciutto on the pizza base. Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
- Place in the oven and bake for 7 minutes, or until the bases are crisp and golden, and the cheese has melted. Top with rocket leaves, sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and drizzle with a little more olive oil.
- Slice and serve immediately.
