- Seasoned Salt

Instructions
- Into a stockpot place chopped pumpkin, onion, carrots, parsley flakes, stock cubes, seasoned salt.
- Cover with water, bring to the boil and simmer until all ingredients well cooked.
- Then mash or bar mix until smooth. Add cream, stir well and serve with crusty bread.
