Recipe Notes
Try substituting milk chocolate for the dark chocolate in this recipe. For coffee lovers, make Mocha Puddings. Dissolve 2 tsps instant coffee powder in 2 tsps hot water in a jug. Stir in 1 tblsp coffee liqueur. Whisk into pudding batter with chocolate mixture. Serve puddings with a warm chocolate sauce. Coarsely chop 100g dark chocolate and place into a saucepan. Add 1 cup thickened cream and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. Stir over medium heat until chocolate is melted. Bring to boil then simmer, uncovered, for 1 minute. Pour into a heatproof jug. Sauce can be made up to one day ahead. Reheat in a pan over a low heat before serving.
