- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 1/2 cups Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups Plain Flour can use wholemeal or gluten free
- pinch Salt
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder

Instructions
- Whisk egg and sugar until fluffy. Add milk and vanilla.
- Mix in dry ingredients. Pour into a lined baking dish. Add toppings.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees C.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes then slice.
Recipe Notes
The toppings are really up to you. You can do as little or as much as you'd like and any flavour combo.
