Ingredients
- 125 grams Butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
- 3/4 cup Caster Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 1/2 cups Self Raising Flour
Pink Frosting
- 1 1/2 cups Icing Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Warm Water
- 1 drop Red Food Colouring

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190c. Combine all ingredients and beat with an electric mixer on low speed until combined. Then beat on medium speed until mixture is smooth.
- Put paper cases in the cupcake tray holes, pour mixture in and put the tray in the oven.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Turn onto a wire rack to cool. Once they've cooled, coat with some pink icing.
