Ingredients
- 1 cup Butter softened
- 1 1/2 cups Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 3/4 cup Plain Flour sifted
- 2 teaspoons Cream of Tartar
- 1 teaspoon Bi Carbonate of Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
- Cream butter, sugar and eggs, add vanilla; sift together flour, cream or tarter, soda and salt.
- Blend into butter mixture and chill for 1 hour.
- Shape into balls and roll into 2 teaspoons cinnamon and 1/2 cup sugar.
- Bake for 8 - 10 minutes.
