Ingredients
- 2 lbs Beef Sirloin Steak
- 1/4 cup Self Raising Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Cooking Oil
- 1/2 cup Chilli Sauce
- 1/2 cup Water
- 2 teaspoons Beef Stock Powder
- 1 1/2 oz Tomato Sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 12 Baby Potatoes
- 24 Carrots, Baby
- 2 Onions cut into wedges

Instructions
- Pound steaks well with a meat mallet.
- Mix flour, salt and pepper in a shallow dish, Dip both sides of steak in flour mixture to coat.
- Heat 1/2 of cooking oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add 3 steaks, brown both sides well. Arrange in a medium roaster. Repeat with remaining cooking oil and steaks.
- Stir next 5 ingredients together in small bowl. Pour over steaks. Cover.
- Bake in 175c oven for 1 3/4 to 2 hours until tender.
- Add potatoes, carrots and onion. Bake, covered, for about 1 1/2 hours until vegetables are tender. Add a touch more water if needed.
