- 2 packets Tim Tam Biscuits
- 3/4 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- Coconut or Grated/ Melted Chocolate
- Rum to taste

Instructions
- Crush Tim Tams in Extra Chef.
- Use medium spatula to fold in condensed milk and rum, if using.
- Roll into balls and roll in coconut or grated chocolate, or half dip in melted chocolate (milk chocolate for white Tim Tams and vise versa)
- Refrigerate until firm and serve cold.
