Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 4 Veal Steaks 160g each
- 1 Onion chopped
- ¼ cup Marsala
- 2 cups Mushrooms sliced
- 2 teaspoons Cornflour
- 2/3 cup Water
- 1 Chicken Stock Powder crumpled
- 1 tablespoon Chives chopped

Instructions
- Heat oil in a large non-stick pan, add veal and cook until lightly browned and tender. Remove veal.
- Add onion, add cook, stirring until soft. Add Marsala, mushrooms, blended cornflour, water and stock cube.
- Stir over heat until the mixture boils and thickens. Stir in the chives. Return veal to the pan and heat through.
