Ingredients
Marinade:
- 1 can Whole Berry Sauce
- 1 cup Hoisin Sauce
- 3/4 cup Mango diced
- 2 Green Onions minced
- 2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
- 2 Garlic Cloves minced
- 2 tablespoons Coriander chopped
- 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
- 1 teaspoon Orange Zest
- 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 pound Beef Skirt or flank steak
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Garnish:
- 1/4 cup Cranberries dried
- 2 tablespoons Coriander chopped
Dressing
- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 whole Romaine Lettuce
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Instructions
- Add all marinade ingredients into a zip lock bag. Slice the steak along the grain. Place into the zip lock bag and marinade overnight.
- Soak skewer stick in water, slice romaine lettuce length ways. Mix the dressing ingredients.
- Thread beef on to the skewers and grill the lettuce and beef. Drizzle dressing over the lettuce.
- Grill until charred.
- Garnish and serve.
