Ingredients
- 300 grams Farfalle Pasta
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 25 grams Butter
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1/2 Capsicum finely chopped
- 2 cup Mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup Corn Kernels
- 1 Carrot cut into matchsticks
- 2 cup Barbecued Chicken chopped
- 1 cup Tasty Cheese grated
- 1 cup Mozzarella grated
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 tablespoon Parsley flaked
- 1 tablespoon Chives
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated

Instructions
- Heat oven to 180C.
- Saute onion, capsicum and mushrooms in oil and butter until soft.
- While vegetables are cooking, boil pasta until just tender.
- Stir corn and carrots into onion mixture and heat for a few more minutes.
- Stir through chicken, and then cheeses, milk and herbs.
- Stir in pasta.
- Place mixture in a casserole dish and sprinkle with extra mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes.

This is one of those 'clean out the fridge' kind of recipes, so add any vegetables you like.
