Chocolate and Prune Ganache
- 50 ml Cream
- 1 tablespoon Dark Rum
- 100 grams Dark Chocolate
- 8 Prunes seed removed and finely chopped

Instructions
- Place the cream and rum in a small saucepan, bring to the boil, remove from heat and immediately add the chocolate.
- Stir until the chocolate has melted and the ganache is smooth.
- Stir through the prunes, allow to cool.
- Fill into the precooked pasta shells and refrigerate to set.
- Dip the filled shells in melted chocolate or toffee, place onto a tray to set.
- The shells are ready to serve.
