Ingredients
- Vegetable Oil for bowning
- 4 Chicken Thigh Fillets chopped
- 4 Rashers Bacon diced
- 4 Chorizo Sausage sliced
- 1 Onion diced
- 1 Capsicum diced
- 8 Button Mushrooms quartered
- 2 teaspoons Garlic Cloves crushed
- 50 grams Parmesan Cheese finely grated
- 250 grams Cream Cheese

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a medium frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken, cook until browned and transfer to a slow cooker.
- Add remaining ingredients to the slow cooker. Cook high for 1 1/2 hours, stir, and cook for a further 30 minutes.
- Serve warm with steamed vegetables
