  1. Beat egg, water, salt and pepper in a shallow bowl.
  2. Put breadcrumbs into a shallow dish.
  3. Melt butter in non-stick frying-pan.
  4. Dip minute steak into egg mixture, then into crumbs.
  5. Lay crumbed steak on waxed paper. Press with your hand to ensure crumbs stay on.
  6. Add to frying pan. Brown both sides, until cooked as desired.
