- 1 Egg
- 2 teaspoon Water
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 3/4 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 1/2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 1/2 lbs Beef Minute Steaks Tenderised Beef Steak

Instructions
- Beat egg, water, salt and pepper in a shallow bowl.
- Put breadcrumbs into a shallow dish.
- Melt butter in non-stick frying-pan.
- Dip minute steak into egg mixture, then into crumbs.
- Lay crumbed steak on waxed paper. Press with your hand to ensure crumbs stay on.
- Add to frying pan. Brown both sides, until cooked as desired.
