- 4 Eggs separated
- 1 tablespoon Water
- 1/2 cup Caster Sugar
- 1/2 cup Butter melted, cooled
- 3/4 cup Plain Flour
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Vanilla Extract

Instructions
- Beat egg whites until stiff. In a separate bowl beat the egg yolk with the sugar, water and vanilla until light in colour.
- Beat the melted butter in very well for about 2 minutes then add the flour and milk. Gently fold in the egg whites making sure it is mixed in well.
- Pour mixture into the cake tin.
- Place into your slow cooker for abut 3 hours on high.
- Serve with whipped cream and strawberries.
