- 2 1/2 cups Plain Flour
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 packet Active Dry Yeast
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup Water
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 Egg

Instructions
- Put the butter, sour cream and water in a small saucepan and heat, do not cook.
- Cool to tepid and then add the remaining ingredients. Knead until combined and smooth.
- Let it rise to double its size and then cut into 16 equal parts.
- Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and cut the ears with scissors.
- Then add the eyes, such as pepper grains, rice, sesame seeds, etc.
- Bake at 190c for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
