Ingredients
- 1 cup Butter
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Brown Sugar packed
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 3 cups Plain Flour
- 2 teaspoons Bi Carbonate of Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Roll spoonfuls of the mixture and drop onto an un-greased cookie sheet.
- Press with a fork.
- Bake at 176 degrees C for 10 minutes.
