Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Peanuts Unsalted, chopped
- 1 litre Vanilla Ice Cream
- 3/4 cup Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup Milk Chocolate Chips
- Strawberries Sliced to serve

- 100 grams Milk Chocolate chopped
- 1/2 cup Cream
Caramel Sauce
- 100 grams Unsalted Butter chopped
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar firmly packed
- 1/2 cup Cream

Instructions
- Place nuts in a frying pan. Cook, stirring, over a medium heat until lightly toasted.
- Place ice-cream in a large bowl. Allow to slightly soften. Stir in nuts, peanut butter and Choc Bits.
- Divide ice-cream mixture among 10 dishes. Cover with plastic wrap. Freeze overnight.
- To make chocolate sauce, stir chocolate and cream in a saucepan over a low heat until smooth.
- To make caramel sauce, place all ingredients in a saucepan. Stir over a medium heat until combined. Bring to boil. Simmer, uncovered, for about 5 minutes, or until thick.
- To serve, hold sides of dishes under hot water for a few seconds. Invert onto serving plates.
- Serve ice-cream with warm sauces and sliced strawberries.
