- 250 grams Butter
- 1 cup Cornflour
- Pinch Salt
- 1 cup Icing Sugar
- 1 1/2 cups Plain Flour

Instructions
- Cream butter and sifted icing sugar until light and fluffy add sifted flours and salt and combine well.
- Knead onto a floured surface.
- Shape into rolls and wrap into plastic wrap. Refrigerate over night.
- Cut into slices and place on baking trays lined with baking paper.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes in a moderate (180c) oven.
