Ingredients
- 4 slices Beef Schnitzel
- 1 tablespoon Pizza Sauce
- 2 slices Bacon
- ½ cup Cheese cubed
- ½ cup Basil Leaves
- 100 grams Flour
- 150 grams Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg
- Oil for frying

Instructions
- Place 1 slice of schnitzel on the bench spread with a tsp. of pizza sauce and top with a slice of bacon, a couple of cubes of cheese and 2 basil leaves, then brush the edges with egg wash.
- Place a second schnitzel on top and press firmly to seal.
- Gently pass the stuffed schnitzel through the flour, egg and breadcrumb mix then onto a plate and in the fridge for at least ½ an hour.
- Shallow fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.
