- 1 cup Plain Flour
- 1/3 cup Water
- 1/3 cup Milk Powder
- 1/3 cup Milk
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 2 Granny Smith Apple
- 1 Egg
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, stir the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir the milk powder and water together to form a milky smooth consistency.
- In a smaller bowl, whisk together the water, milk, eggs and oil then add to the dry ingredients and whisk until combined.
- Set a large frying pan over medium-high heat and drizzle lightly with oil to coat the pan.
- Cut the apples crosswise into 5-10 mm slices and remove the middle core.
- Dip the apple slices into the pancake batter and place in the hot pan. Cook, turning with a spatula until golden brown on both sides. Repeat with the remaining apples and batter.
- Serve warm.
