Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 Egg
- 2 Bananas mashed
- 1 cup Self Raising Flour
- 1/2 cup Plain Flour
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Walnuts chopped
- 1 teaspoon Bi Carbonate of Soda

Instructions
- Combine the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in egg and mashed banana.
- Fold in sifted flour and add the walnuts. Add the bicarbonate of soda to the milk and pour into the mixture and mix well.
- Spoon mixture into a lightly greased muffin pan, filling cups. Bake at 190c for 15 minutes.
