Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1 cup Caster Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 1/4 cup Self Raising Flour
- 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 cup Zucchini grated
- 1/2 cup Walnuts chopped

Instructions
- Cream butter and caster sugar until fluffy and light.
- Slowly beat in eggs.
- Sift flour, cocoa and cinnamon together.
- Add flour into butter mixture with milk, grated zucchini and chopped walnuts. Mix together.
- Spread into a greased and paper lined loaf tin and bake at 180 for 40 minutes.
- When cold, ice with chocolate frosting.
