- 1 3/4 cups Plain Flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/3 cup Unsalted Butter melted
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 3/4 cup Milk

- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter melted
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180c. Line 12 muffin cups with muffin liners.
- Mix all the dry ingredients, (flour through to cinnamon). Set aside.
- Mix all the wet ingredients, (butter through to milk, including the sugar).
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Distribute the batter evenly among the 12 muffin cups.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes.
- In the meantime mix sugar and cinnamon for the coating.
- Brush fresh and still hot baked muffins with melted butter and roll in sugar mixture.
- Let cool.
