- 175 grams Dark Chocolate
- 4 Eggs separated
- 350 ml Cream
- 2 1/2 tablespoons Sugar
- 3 Flake Chocolate Bars crushed
- Whipped Cream to serve

Instructions
- Melt chocolate in the microwave until smooth, allow to cool slightly and beat in the egg yolks until thick and light.
- Whip the cream until quite thick and then fold into the chocolate mix.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff and slowly add the sugar. When quite shiny and thick, fold half the egg white mixture and mix well.
- Spoon into 6 ramekins or glass dishes and decorate with the crushed Flake bars and serve with whipped cream.
